The Blues 101 Lesson Package by Jody Worrell is designed to teach the beginning to intermediate guitarist everything they need to know about playing blues. The first three lessons will teach you how to play rhythm guitar by covering blues chords, strums, and riffs. Jody will then discuss how to play lead by first teaching you a scale and then several licks based on that scale. Learn the techniques required to become a great blues guitarist. The Beginner Blues Solos Package features six video lessons for the guitarist who wants to start playing blues solos. These solos are an introduction to the techniques and theories that you will later use to play advanced blues guitar. Jody will provide note by note instruction for each solo and then demonstrate it along with rhythm tracks. This package features 2.5 hours of video instruction, audio jam tracks, and tabs for each solo.

Blues Licks & Solos Book by Jody Worrell covers playing lead over a blues progression. You will learn 12 blues guitar solos that will be played over six different types of blues rhythm tracks (2 solos per track). At the start of each section, Jody will teach you the scales and licks used to create the solo with detailed instruction. You will then practice the whole solo along with the track at slow and performance speed. Working through the course will increase your understanding of music theory, expand your lick vocabulary, and help you play in rhythm and in context of a full band.
